Client companies are assigned a team of male, female, and ethnically diverse chaplains who are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  They visit the work site regularly and are available for crisis care, any needed help and confidential discussions. On behalf of company leaders, Chaplain Care Teams help meet the needs of employees and family members under an umbrella of compassion and concern.
Northern Region Vice President, St. Charles, Illinois
 
Steve Hefta came to Marketplace Chaplains USA following an 18–year career in facility management and architecture. Prior to joining Marketplace Chaplains USA, Steve was Sr. Associate and Director of the Facility Information Group for KPS Group, Inc.—a regional architectural firm with offices in Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia. He left this position to attend Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Kansas, graduating in 2002 with a Master of Divinity Degree. Upon graduation, Steve joined Marketplace Chaplains USA as a Chaplain and Division Manager, responsible for overseeing Chaplain operations in Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Iowa and was appointed Vice President – Northern Region in 2006. Steve also holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture degree from Kansas State University. Steve and his wife, Dianne, have three children.

Andy Bunn began serving in a part time role with Marketplace Chaplains in 2003 and came on board full time in 2004 as an Area Team Leader in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Prior to his chaplain service, he served 10 years in the Army and 8 years in the corrugated box industry. Andy and his family were called to the Northeast Region in 2005 where he served as Division Director, Keystone Division, for four years. He took on his current role in January 2009. Andy is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary having earned a Master of Divinity degree. He also holds an MA degree from Hollins College and a BS degree in Economics from The United States Military Academy. Andy and his wife, Holly, have two sons.

George Cotter came to Marketplace Chaplains after a 25 year career as owner and operator of his own business. At the age of 40 George became a believer and follower of Jesus Christ; from that point on his values and priorities changed. For several years George was part of the leadership team of the Dallas men’s Bible Study Fellowship and was one of the teachers with Dallas Exchanged Life Ministries. George started with Marketplace Chaplains as a part time chaplain, was hired as the Metroplex and West Texas Division Director then Southwest Region Director. George received an Aeronautical Technical degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University, and a Masters in Biblical Studies at Dallas Theological Seminary. George and his wife, Jean, have two grown children.

Shane Satterfield joined Marketplace Chaplains USA after a 15-year career beginning at Hopewell Baptist Church in Gainesville, GA as Minister of Education and concluding as Executive Pastor at Marcus Point Baptist Church in Pensacola, FL.  Shane also worked as a production supervisor for SKF Bearings for 9 years while going to school and pastoring.  He has served Marketplace Chaplains USA as Area Team Leader over Western Georgia and then, Georgia Division Director for the past 4 years.  Shane earned an Associate’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Truett-McConnell College in Cleveland, GA and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Christian Education in 2003 from Southwest Bible College and Seminary in Jennings, LA.  He and his wife Shonda reside on the north side of Atlanta and have two children, Jacob and Mackenzie.
